Evoprime fitness Terms and conditions
CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand there will be times when you are unable to keep your scheduled training session. We expect a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your session. If this notice is not received we will require FULL payment for your session. Our trainers are subcontractors and you are their income. With adequate notice they can fill that session with someone else or reschedule you. That way no-one misses out! Please make every effort to arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are late, the session MUST finish on time.
Please familiarise yourself with our Group and Personal Training Cancellation Policy outlined below:
12 hour cancellation policy for all of our classes. If your class starts at 5.30am or 6.30am, let us please know by 6pm the previous day. The session is forfeited if the session is cancelled with less then 12 hours prior start of the scheduled session.
If you can’t attend your sessions for 2+ consecutive weeks we will ask you to pay a “holding the spot fee” of $7.99/week
You will be able to make up your missed session using our available slots. Please contact us for more information.
If you are starting with us, the minimum term of group training is 3 months (for new members).
12 hour cancellation policy for all Personal Training sessions. If sessions is cancelled in less than 12 hours period, 50% off the session fee is applied.
Training credit can be transferred to any family member or friend if notified in writing off the transfer request.
The minimum attendees requirements for 4Q MetCon class (Friday 5.45am) to go ahead is four (4). If the bookings are not made prior 7pm the day before and the class has less than 4 participants booked, EvoPrime Fitness reserves the right to cancel the class. This cancelation, however, has to be make by 8pm the day before the latest.
The minimum attendees requirements for Functional Strength (Saturday 8am) to go ahead is one (1). If the bookings are not made by 8pm the day before and the class has no participants booked, EvoPrime Fitness reserves the right to cancel the class. This cancelation, however, has to be make by 8.15pm the day before the latest.
We don't charge a weekly membership fee, however, if you are away for 2+ consecutive weeks you are required to pay $7.99/week "a holding the spot fee".
In return, we will keep your regular time slot(s) or a group spot(s) for the time being away.
PERSONAL TRAINING & PARTICIPANTS
At EvoPrime Fitness we seek to provide our members with the most positive, fun, welcoming environment in order to deliver the best training sessions possible. 2 on 1 Private Training, where our coaches will deliver sessions to up to 2 members at the same time, help to facilitate this environment.
As a member, you will receive your personalised program delivered by one of our expert coaches, your own space, appropriate coach’s attention and expertise, your own towel and water. In busier times of the day, our coach may also be taking one or two other members through their own personalised programs also at the same time. 2 on 1 Private Training also increases the chances that our members can train at a time that suits them, as our experienced coaches will generally still have availabilities that match the member’s requested times.
EvoPrime Fitness coaches were amongst the first in Australia to deliver this style of training, bringing it into effect from late 2010.
The session price may increase each year in October. We promise that the increase will never exceed 3% and you will be always notified in advance.
Your nominated card will be charged after each session you attend. We will only charge those sessions you attend.
Should you wish to suspend or terminate this process please provide us with 7 days written notice.
There is a minimum suspension time of 2 weeks. Should you be away or unable to attend for less than 2 weeks, we encourage you to schedule some make-up sessions.
All reconciled sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure cleared funds are available in your nominated bank account/credit card to meet the autopay payment. If a debit is returned unpaid by your financial institution, EvoPrime Fitness will send through an invoice for the amount owing plus $5 administration fee. It is then expected that the amount owing is paid in full immediately. If a debt remains EvoPrime Fitness reserves the right to deny you access to sessions until such time as payment has been made.
Any debts over 30 days will be sent to Dun & Bradstreet for collection.
