We currently offer two public open classes - 4Q MetCon and Functional Strength. Both classes are drop-in based (pay and train) but bookings are necessary.

However, excessive high-intensity training comes at a cost to our long term health, not to mention the same, repetitive stimulus becomes less effective over time. That’s where 4Q MetCon class comes in.
Derived from Institute of Motion, a training approach that promotes Variable Metabolic Conditioning to enhance our ability to switch efficiently between our different energy systems to meet the demands of the various tasks in life and sport. You will train hard, you will sweat, you will learn new exercises and you can be sure it’s healthy and sustainable.
In other words, you’ll walk away with a feeling of satisfaction, accomplishment and understanding of training for optimal health and sustainable performance.
